Mercedes-Benz vehicles are complex and often require special tools or procedures to complete a repair.  Because of the nature of the design, many Mercedes-Benz repairs are not labor intensive - the larger burden of overall repair cost is often within the parts.  In the case of electronic control modules, this can be quite extensive.  We will ensure that you have a full understanding of what is required to complete any repair before we get your authorization to proceed.  You are always welcome to visit and examine the car with us.
